Making your own natural products for bath and body is a fun, inexpensive, and very therapeutic experience and it is something that the entire family can do.

Baths are not only a necessity of hygiene and daily living, but they can also be used as part of religious ritual (there is extensive mention in the Bible, the Quran, and the Torah about the use of ritual baths, and many religions today still use this practice)and as a means of alternative medicine( some of the most renowned herbalists in the world prefer bathing as their modality of treatment) And even the great Mae West said “When all else fails, take a bath” They are good for the body, mind and spirit.

Some of the best natural products are ones that can be made with very simple ingredients, herbs and essential oils, and perhaps some other ingredients to yield a product that is not only useful for the body, but is satisfying to the spirit too, after all doesn’t it make you feel good to make something with your own hands?
